This week was an exciting week at Chez Dré as we launched our new Spring/Summer menu! The change brings some fresh new additions, perfect for the warmer weather.
We welcome some beautifully inspired dishes to our breakfast menu such as the Baked Mushrooms and the Turkish Baked Eggs. Our house-made Spiced Fruit Toast has been given a makeover with the addition of decadent raspberry, lychee & rosewater crème.
The lunch menu has also been updated with the addition of the Chicken Salad, Pulled Pork Burger and Roasted Eggplant & Buckwheat Salad. Head Chef Justin Naudi has been hard at work carefully creating dishes with beautiful balances of flavours.
Executive Chef Pâtissière Andrea (Dre) Reiss and Head Pastry Chef Annalise Mittra have been busy in the pastry lab, developing some enticing seasonal petits gâteaux to join our existing repertoire of classic favourites. New additions include the Berry Tart, Banoffee St. Honoré and Mango, Coconut & Yuzu, boasting bold, fresh flavours and delicious seasonal fruits.
